Martyn Green - Head Chef

We are lucky enough to have a hugely talented, versatile Chef to head up the team in the Kitchen Garden.

Martyn has had a varied and interesting career including running his own restaurant in Southern Spain. He has invaluable experience is both the intricasies and attention to detail for Fine Dining, and the discipline, skill and time management that function dining demands. This means that whether it's a romantic meal for two or a wedding breakfast for 150 all our customers receive the finest food and a great experience.

Martyn joined us in August 2011 and as well as taking responsibility for producing  great plates of food, he continually strives to source the best, locally produced ingredients and ensures that all our menus are seasonally suitable, fresh, interesting but above all else, ones that taste fantastic!
